What data we collect

When you request a booking: name, mobile phone, email, date, meal, time, number of people and any notes you add.

When you request a group quote: name, mobile phone, email, planned date, number of people, type of request and your message.

If you tell us about allergies or food intolerances in your notes, we use that information only to prepare your meal safely.

Why we use your data

To answer your request, confirm or decline the booking, prepare a group proposal and contact you about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties for that purpose.

Who has access

Requests reach the restaurant's mailbox by email, provided by Google (Gmail). The website is hosted by Amen (Portugal). These providers process data only to deliver those services. We do not sell or share your data.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless the law requires a longer period.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to secamsil@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
